Introduction to the purification process of ELKPURE G5 grade hydrogen peroxide and isopropanol: At present, almost all domestic and international production of hydrogen peroxide uses the anthraquinone method. During the production of hydrogen peroxide, a small amount of anthraquinone-based organic compounds are generated. As the operation time of the equipment increases, the content of anthraquinone-based organic compounds also increases. The organic carbon in hydrogen peroxide can seriously affect product quality. For example, if hydrogen peroxide with excessive organic carbon content is used in the production of cyclohexanone oxime, this portion of organic matter will be carried into the final product, caprolactam, affecting the purity of the product.
ELKPURE G5-grade hydrogen peroxide and isopropanol technical route:
Cooling, membrane filtration, resin adsorption, PTFE perfluoro filter cartridge filtration, purifying ordinary hydrogen peroxide to SEMI G5 standard, used for 2-7 nanometer chip processes, can provide verification platforms and pilot tests.
