The experimental data show that the IGBT hydrogen power supply has the advantages of high efficiency, small ripple, precise control, high power factor, small harmonic, fast response and reactive power compensation, to meet the needs of large-scale green hydrogen production complex grid, can effectively improve the energy efficiency ratio of hydrogen production by electrolysis. The IGBT hydrogen-making power supply has better power quality in the grid side than that in the range of 30% -110% load, with a power factor of 0.99 and a harmonic better than 3% , the step response of resistive load can be less than 10ms, and the DC ripple is less than 1% .
