ELKPURE Fully Automatic Cutting Fluid Injector (Supporting Wafer Dicing Processing)
Cutting Fluid Injection Machine
Model: ELK-2000AS
1.1. This equipment is used for mixing, stirring and dosing cutting fluid for dual-shaft cutter machines.
1.2. The cutting fluid is delivered to the cutting machine at a certain ratio through a diaphragm-type injection pump. The machine is designed with 2 injection ports to supply cutting fluid to 2 cutting machines simultaneously.
1.3. The liquid level in the dosing tank and circulation tank is detected by a liquid level sensor.
1.4. Automatic dosing based on flow detection or cutting machine command signals.
1.5. The cutting fluid stirring and dosing machine can simultaneously support 2 dual-shaft slicing machines.
1.6. The machine body is made of white pure PP material, which is environmentally friendly and corrosion-resistant for the semiconductor industry.
1.7. There is a water inlet pressure display function.
1.8. There is a low water inlet pressure alarm and signal output function.
1.9. There is an infrared water leakage alarm and signal output function.
1.10. Control: PLC touch screen, with data storage and network interface.
1.11. There are three levels of management permissions, each with password protection; engineering maintenance parameters have separate permission settings, and important parameters are encrypted.
1.12. LOG viewing function is available to check machine operation records.
1.13. The machine contains 2 imported brand dosing pumps and one magnetic circulation pump, with pressure and flow meeting dosing requirements.
1.14. Flow switches monitor the pipeline flow between the CO2 foaming machine and the dual-shaft cutter machine to ensure synchronous dosing during cutting machine operation.
1.15. Signal action control is conducted via PLC, and the operating system is controlled via HMI.
